I'm Writing a Travel Book
What do you get when you combine more than a decade's worth of notes and rough drafts, expand on them, and edit down the final result? A book!
After more than a decade of slowly accumulating materials, I'm finally turning it into a travel book about making the most of your visit to Japan. Until the end of the year, you can pre-order the book at a discount and get the audiobook thrown in for free.

Experiments And Other Things:
Introducing something new:
The Tokyo Social Photo Club
Back in the USA, I spent a lot of time hanging out and going for walks with other photographers. It was great, and it's something I really miss.
Here in Japan, I haven't had the best luck falling in with local creative communities. And it's not that I'm giving up on that, but while that door remains open, I wanted to do something a bit more proactive. Which is why I'm starting the Tokyo Social Photo Club. Once things get some momentum, I'm hoping to host 2-3 meetups a month in various locations around the Tokyo area. There will be an optional theme, a spirit of mutual support and education, and a good opportunity to meet new people.
Check it out, sign up for the newsletter, and come say hello.
